We welcome you to our 195 m2 villa with swimming pool on 1500 m2 planted with trees on the edge of Golf Cabriès Calas (between Aix and Marseille). Built in 2009, our house is not overlooked in a secure subdivision (electric gate). You will have 5 closed parking spaces (electric gate). You are close to all amenities (village shops 5 min walk and 10 min from the Plan de Campagne shopping area) and all major highways. The house is 5 minutes from Aix en Provence TGV station and 15 minutes from the airport.
In absolute calm, you can enjoy the swimming pool (with alarm), a terrace, a sheltered summer kitchen with table, chairs, toilets, barbecue, top fridge and pergola with garden furniture. On a wooded and fully fenced plot of 1500 m2, facing south, your children can enjoy the large lawn while you indulge in your favorite sport: lazing around. In the shade of the pines, among olive trees and other Mediterranean species, you can savor the calm and scent of lavender.
With direct access to the hill, you can walk there or opt for the edge of the golf course.
You can also take advantage of the picking of our organic vegetables in the vegetable garden - attention according to the mood of Mother Nature! -. This year are planted tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, cucumbers, strawberries, salads, aromatic herbs
The interior of the house is a mixture of exoticism and contemporary. All the tiles are made of natural stone (travertine and slate). The house consists of:
- a master suite: a bedroom which overlooks the garden with a large bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a safe; a bathroom separated by a dressing room with bath, 2 basins, a walk-in shower and a WC.
- a closed mezzanine with a large bed and possibility of an extra bed overlooking the living room
- 2 other bedrooms with double beds which overlook the swimming pool and are adjacent to a bathroom and an independent WC.
- a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks a living-dining room of approximately 50 m2.
- a utility room with freezer cabinet, service cellar, washing machine, dryer and direct access to the clothes line
Are provided household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels and pool towels), WIFI, TV, Canal +, Home cinema, DVD, Soundbar, library, board games. We also leave the basic products (household and food) and the beds are ready for your comfort upon your arrival.
